Six Months!

I know as parents we all say it.....where does the time go? Now that I'm a mom, I find myself saying it daily! Evie is so big, 20lbs to be exact, and does something new every day. She can eat her toes, sit up, laugh, giggle, knows (and LOVES) her sister, rolls over and just last week she had both her bottom teeth pop up! We would have never know as she never fussed once! She really is the most relaxed happy baby that I have ever met. (There is a god!) I love every day I get to spend with my little girl and look forward to see her growth over the next six months. Before we know it will be her first birthday.......uh can't go there yet.

Evie and The Crowell Five!

Only nine days until our dear dear friends (and neighbors) move. I am in serious denial and can't believe it is really happening. I can't say enough wonderful things about the Crowell family, we have been neighbors for five fantastic years! We have seen their kids grow up and shared many great times together. I never knew you could have such meaningful conversations over a fence. I wish them the best but will miss everything about them living right next door!!!

Yesterday was a beautiful spring day so I had to snap a few photos of all the kiddos as it could be my last chance before the big day. I love the photo of J.T and Maylis laying on Lucy, they have been doing that since the day we got her! I also love the photo of Jake giving Evie the flower....so sweet! Oh I am going to miss those kids!

Sierra and Evie getting into pool

Sierra loves the water and is a star on her swim team. I think Evie will one day follow in her foot steps! Sierra had a couple days off school last week so we went to the local community pool. (Wish it were outdoor but that would require sun in Portland!) We played for about 45 minutes until Evie was done, she had enough and it was time for her nap. This was Evie's second time to the pool and she loved it. I was afraid to dunk her but Sierra had no problem and dunked her three times! I look forward to many more days at the pool and deer lake this summer with the girls!
